The Faith and Tech Hackathon is for people who are ready to move from a real problem to a useful solution. Form a team, develop an idea, build an early product or prototype, and present what you have created.
You do not need to have everything figured out. You need curiosity, a problem worth solving, and a willingness to build with others.

We welcome practical ideas that respond to real needs in communities, work, learning, business, and everyday life. Strong entries will show a clear problem, an achievable solution, and a thoughtful approach to the people who will use it.

02 — How it works
From problem to prototype in five moves.

Form a team
Register with two to five people and tell us the role each person will play.

Submit your idea
Explain the problem, who it affects, and the solution you want to build.

Build and refine
Work with your team to create a clear concept, prototype, or minimum viable product.

Present your work
Show the problem, your solution, what you built, and what it will take to move it forward.

Keep building
The winning teams will receive cash prizes and access to product-shipping guidance to help move beyond the idea or MVP stage.
Build together.
Each team must have a minimum of two and a maximum of five members. Every member should have a meaningful role in the project. Teams may include a mix of product thinkers, designers, developers, researchers, business leads, data or AI practitioners, and communicators.
The registration form will only submit when it contains between two and five members. The official schedule, eligibility details, intellectual-property terms, and code of conduct should be linked before registration opens.

The prizes recognise the strongest solutions and help their teams take the next step. The goal is not simply to reward a good pitch, but to help promising products move toward launch.

The exact format, duration, and mentors for the post-hackathon guidance will be announced with the official hackathon schedule. The promise is clear: the winning teams will not be left at the idea stage.
